2. Bookings and confirmation<\/h2>\n

3. Prices, payments and additional services<\/h2>\n

Prices depend on the dates, occupancy and accommodation option. The applicable price is the one shown during booking or in the offer sent directly by the Property. Room rates advertised on this website include continental breakfast and VAT.<\/p>\n

Check any additional services and their charges before confirming. Payment methods, deadlines and any guarantees are those stated in your booking conditions. Under the standard policy currently shown in the booking system, the full amount is charged eight days before arrival.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

4. Cancellations, changes and refunds<\/h2>\n

The conditions of the rate selected and confirmed in your booking apply. Under the booking system\u2019s standard policy, cancellation at least eight days before arrival is free of charge; cancellation less than eight days before arrival incurs a charge equal to the full booking amount.<\/p>\n

Other rates, booking channels or whole-house offers may have their own conditions, shown before confirmation. To change or cancel a booking, contact the Property or use the channel through which you booked. Any entitlement to a refund and its amount depend on the conditions applicable to your booking and the law in force.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

5. Booking the entire house<\/h2>\n

The entire house is available on request, directly by phone or email. This option includes nine bedrooms, seven with en-suite bathrooms, and access to the whole house, including additional lounges and spaces available exclusively with this option.<\/p>\n

Availability, price, occupancy and specific conditions are set out in the offer. The confirmation must expressly identify the booking as a whole-house stay.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

6. Arrival and your stay<\/h2>\n

During your stay, please respect the conditions communicated by the Property, its facilities and other guests\u2019 peace and quiet. Meals require a reservation and prior agreement. The swimming pool and other facilities are reserved for guests and residents, under the conditions communicated by the Property.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
