Information about cancellations, changes and possible refunds for accommodation bookings at Casa de Santa Ana da Beira.
1. Applicable conditions
The conditions of the rate selected and confirmed in your booking apply. Under the booking system’s standard policy, cancellation at least eight days before arrival is free of charge; cancellation less than eight days before arrival incurs a charge equal to the full booking amount.
Other rates, booking channels or whole-house offers may have their own conditions, shown before confirmation. To change or cancel a booking, contact the Property or use the channel through which you booked. Any entitlement to a refund and its amount depend on the conditions applicable to your booking and the law in force.
2. How to make a request
For enquiries about a booking made directly with us, email info@casadesantaanadabeira.com, giving the name on the booking, the reference and the dates of your stay.
If you booked through another platform, also follow that channel’s change or cancellation procedure. Keep your correspondence and cancellation confirmation.
